The Challenge
While working on the project, we encountered certain limitations with Adalo, which prompted us to explore alternative solutions to deliver an enhanced user experience. Adalo, although a powerful app development platform, has its own set of constraints that restricted the extent of customization and flexibility we desired. Therefore, we decided to adapt our approach and build a custom solution from scratch, allowing us to have complete control over the user experience design and implementation.
However, we had to consider budget limitations during this process. Developing a custom solution requires additional resources and expertise, which can incur higher costs compared to using pre-existing platforms like Adalo. To manage the budget effectively, we carefully analyzed our requirements and prioritized essential features to build a smaller minimum viable product (MVP). This approach allowed us to validate our idea, gather user feedback, and demonstrate the potential of our concept while optimizing our available resources.
Despite the challenges, we remained focused on our goal of providing a seamless and cost-effective shipping experience. By customizing our solution and carefully managing our budget, we aimed to create an MVP that showcases the core functionalities and demonstrates the value proposition to potential investors and users.
